We charge based on the number of employees you need payroll for. This price includes essential payroll and Pension services such as RTI submissions to HMRC, payslip production, tax coding, statutory payments, year-end reports, and P45s where required. Our pricing is transparent — no hidden fees.
Our Pricing Tiers (Plus VAT)
Prices are based on the number of employees in your business. If you have different pay frequencies (weekly, monthly), your total cost will be adjusted accordingly. All plans include standard payroll and Pension services as described above.
- 1 – 8 Employees incur a minimum charge of £25.00 Per Payroll Run
- 9 – 99 Employees : £3.50 Per Payslip
- 100 – 250 Employees : £3.00 Per Payslip
- Over 250 Employees : £2.50 Per Payslip
